All services in Chicago were briefly offline due to our BGP session with GTT going offline. All traffic has failed over to cogent and we are working with GTT to see what the problem is.
This incident has been resolved.
The problematic upstream has been disabled, and connections should be stable now.
We are currently seeing elevated timeouts on Chicago Game Servers. Our upstream in Chicago has acknowledged and is working towards a resolution of this issue.
We are currently investigating network issues causing throughput and latency issues in Eygelshoven.
