It appears connectivity has been restored at the moment.
It appears that all traffic not utilizing GCore Transit is currently not reaching our servers. We will update again when we have more information.

We will be rebooting our Core router at this time to fully integrate our second upstream GTT and enable customer BGP capability. Network traffic will be impacted for approximately 5 minutes.

At approximately 2:39PM CST SRV17 appears to have suffered a kernel panic. The server restarted and came back online about 4 minutes later, however an unforeseen issue with our game control panel caused it to be inaccessible for about 20 minutes. The problem has been fixed and we will be looking into the root cause of the hardware issue.
Maintenance has completed successfully.
As stated in the previous incident we will be migrating all services to a new server at this time. All scalable and Unleashed game servers will be offline for approximately 15 minutes during this migration.
